Child's Voice is proud to employ highly qualified and award-winning staff.

Child's Voice employs teachers of the deaf, speech language pathologists, an audiologist, Early Intervention specialists, teaching assistants and administrative support. Child's Voice also employs a team of fundraisers on our Institutional Advancement Department.

All teachers are specially trained to development oral communication and listening skills for children ages 3 to 8. Our E.I. specialist's hold credentials from the state of Illinois as Developmental Therapists Hearing, Speech Pathology, Counseling and Parent Liaison.

Our teaching assistants either have a college degree or have earned a paraprofessional certificate.

Internships and Student Teachers
Child's Voice is able to provide leadership and supervision for various learning opportunities. Several local, universities, colleges and training institutions utilize Child's Voice as a placement for student teachers.

Externships
The Child's Voice Audiology Center has partnered with several universities and colleges regarding Externships.  Our Director of Audiology, Dr. Dawn Violetto, strongly believes it is the responsibility of practicing audiologists to mentor those just entering or thinking about entering the profession. 

Placements are available for short term externships and final year Au.D. students specializing in pediatrics and educational Audiology.
